Blending is that unique process that gives your tea, the 'tea ness' you are accustomed to. Quality, Character and Flavor are determined by a judicious combine of separate tea samples. Bush Tea's resourceful Tea Tasting Unit has earmarked an ideal schedule for a pleasing blend. 

The facility to vacuum pack is shortly to be implemented at the warehouse to retain freshness of blends.

 
The process at Bush, involves the following:

   Blending is done on special Epoxy Floors, thus 
     preventing any moisture contamination.
   Special Conveyors fitted with Magnets and 
     Seiver eliminates foreign particles during 
     packing.
   Special imported Paper Sacks are used.
   Paper Sack shaping is done to reduce damage 
    during containerization of pallets.
   Termite/Wood borer proof ASCU treated pallets 
     are only used.
   Smooth Containerisation is ensured through 
     Stretch Wrapping.
