The Fine Art of Tasting

Bush's team of tasters is comprehensively Tea Tasting at Bush Tea Company trained both within and outside India. Company tasting policy stipulates a set of two seasoned tasters at the least to attend any tea-tasting batch to discern the visual and sensory appeal of a range of teas. This ensures strict quality control, a characteristic that is synonymous with Bush Tea.

Sorting out the best, buying and blending are the three activities that come before the fine art of tasting. The Bush Taster before sipping checks:
    Dry Leaf for uniform grading
    Proportion of stalk, colour, aroma, degree of twist
    Colour of the infused leaf
    Aroma of the infusion

A spoonful in the mouth and the trained palate does the rest.
